Academy PLUS+
Training + Competitive Play for Grades 4-12
In addition to weekly training, Academy Plus+ adds the extra element of competitive opportunity through exhibition games and tournament play.
Training sessions will consist of fundamental basketball skill training + team concepts.
Our primary focus is on muscle memory and repetitive skill based movement.
A conceptual approach to teaching the game is emphasized.
